I had visits to three separate doctors last week. This is what I actually heard…
1. “It says here on Wikipedia…”
2. “So, does he have a uterus?” (This one was overheard while the doctor was on the phone).
Ah, healthcare…
Seriously, though, I have been blessed to see some top-notch doctors the past few months. I am grateful.
Like the Apostle Paul, I want more than anything to know Christ (Phil. 3:10). I do not want to simply know about Him. I want to know Him-- personally, intimately, and experientially. It is not enough for me to hear about Him. I want to see Him with my own eyes.

I can explain the wikipedia one…
Last week we have a friend who finished her nursing program. At the graduation, the speaker started her speech with the words, “Wikipedia says…” Apparently it is a new medical authority! I’m thinking of using it for sermons instead of the Bible.
The uterus thing…run for your life!
