HEARing God in John 1

Like the Apostle Paul, I want more than anything to know Christ (Phil. 3:10). I do not want to simply know about Him. I want to know Him-- personally, intimately, and experientially. It is not enough for me to hear about Him. I want to see Him with my own eyes.

I have, and still go through periods of disillusionment with God, I had another moment when I had to get the new chair because the miracle isn’t coming.
For the most part I had to relearn how to study Bible and ask for my eyes to be opened to see all the ways Father is moving in and using the life I have. Btw, surrender is one of my favorite Bible words.
